Scott Wilson has been in love with small boat sailing his whole life and he's been in the sailing industry for 25 years. Scott opened Sailsport Marine in 1993 and built their new location in 2008. We are located in Traverse City, Michigan - next door to the most pristine sailing and paddling waters anywhere.

As the small sailboat specialist in Michigan, Sailsport Marine sells and services small sailboats, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and windsurfers. We carry boats from Hobie Cat, Laser Performance, Hunter small boats, and now Weta Trimarans. We have a full retail store stocked with a huge selection of parts and accessories.
