This is a pic of a current Weta owners 18’ trimaran from quite a few years ago. It was a trailerable design where the beams hinged and folded upwards with the amas resting on small supports near centerline. It was a scaled down version of a 22’ 234 SA that the owners father designed and built. Bothvery fast boats.

Well, we didn't get our own start, having only four Wetai attend, but Heineken
and American YC in Rye, NY put on quite a show last weekend. $55 registration
got you three meals, a collared shirt, three safety boats, enough Heineken that
the kegs didn't run out, and a free room in an AYC member's mansion. Holy crap
what a deal!
