Four Wetas sprung onto Lake Brunner this long weekend for a chance of racing in New Zealand's South Island.
Two came from Timaru - Simon and Gordon, while Roelant and myself came from Christchurch. Roelant had never raced before and joined in for a couple of races which was great.
On day two the wind picked up (20knts), with gusts coming through stronger (~25knts) which meant we had to hang on. None of us Capsized though!
Results:
David 1st, Gordon 2nd and Simon 3rd.
