Hi, New Weta owner here so I had been holding on to this story due to embarrassment I guess. I've just written the communications tips for a Coastguard win a PLB competition so thought I may as well bite the bullet and hopefully help some other sailors in future.

We recently updated our logo to include macrons – Wētā. The macrons indicate the vowel sounds should be elongated "weh-taa".

The Wetas have flocked to St. Petersburg, Florida for a good old fashioned weekend of fun on Tampa Bay.

The multihull 2-day regatta was centred on paper tigers which had the first start for each race, then a mixed fleet five minutes later including Hobie16s and Wetas (among others).

At Enoshima Yacht Harbor, where the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were held last July, 10 colorful WETA boats gathered at the 2nd WETA Class All Japan Championship. The rule this time required more than double hand.
