December 11th, 2019Racing at Torbay Sailing Club in 25 knots on shore which provided some interesting waves to negotiate. All the Weta sailors really enjoyed the challenging conditions. Again the self tacking jib performed flawlessly but the skipper has work to do in the agility department.
November 26th, 2019Roger Kitchen's weekend adventure from Narrow Neck beach to Motuihe Island and back with nine other Weta sailors. Gusting low 20's, wind against tide in the Motuihe passage. Self tacker prototype making life easy. Slight mishap at the start getting out to turn the GoPro on!

January 31st, 2019Last week 15 Weta gathered in Waitangi to take part in Bay Week, a massive celebration including keelboats and multihulls ranging in size from superyachts to the Weta. Each day there were two windward leeward courses and an island race.
